Barr at Richmond, Island of Tobago, West Indies, marked “Paid” in manuscript on front, weighed at “1 oz” and rated at “10/- ½ “ in red m/s and bearing a superb strike of the boxed “Paid at Perth” handstamp in black ink, dated on reverse for 3 AP 1839. A very rare high rate cover to this remote island.
