1936 a special Foreign Office mourning envelope for the passing of George V, addressed to Santos, Brazil, bearing two examples of the 1934 1/- photogravure issue together with a 5/- “Re-engraved” Waterlow “Seahorse” issue paying the Air Mail  rate via Berlin.The front of the envelope bears the Passport Office oval handstamp, which is counter signed by the Foreign Secretary Anthony Eden himself “A. Eden” with adhesives being tied by a London c.d.s. for 28 SP 36. A rare and most unusual cover.
